Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of The Magma Chamber website and related services (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Magma Chamber is a fan-made community hub for non-standard Riftbound formats (including 2v2, FFA, Team Trios, cubes, and draft/sealed tools). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under that account and for keeping login credentials secure. Magma Chamber accounts are separate from RiftySwap and other third-party services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
• scrape or bulk-export the Site in a way that harms service availability or violates these Terms;
• misrepresent affiliation with Riot Games or other rights holders.

4. User content

You retain rights in decklists, cubes, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Site. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law, or that creates legal risk for the community project.

5. Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and original Magma Chamber materials are owned by the Site operators or licensors. Riftbound, League of Legends, card names, and related assets are trademarks or copyrights of Riot Games (and/or other rights holders). Catalog art and data may be sourced from Riot or third-party archives under their terms; availability can change.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect legality validation, complete card data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Competitive/format rules may change and community house rules may differ from official play.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magma Chamber and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law (including in the EU/EEA).

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Third-party links

Links to Discord, Metafy, Piltover Archive, Riot assets, or other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
